  • 2 cups mustard 
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Optional: Wood chips/pellets for smoking (oak or hickory work well)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Brisket: Thaw Brisket. Trim any excess fat, leaving a thin layer for flavor. Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
